Managing Anxiety .
How would you like to .... feel calm and in control in most situations
Anxiety is the "what if " part of our mind which is constantly on alert for potential threats or possible dangers. Athough it is there to protect us it can sometimes become more sensitive to these possible threats and leave us in a state of perpetual worry. This can manifest itself in different specific ways such as phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders or panic attacks. Alternatively it can become a consant state with no specific triggers just a generalised anxiety.
By communicating with the unconscious part of our mind we can make suggestions that focus on positive posibilities rather than negative ones and turn down the anxiety button.
Once we have made these changes we can start to behave and enjoy our life the way we want to rather than how our feelings dictate.
